Tuesday: Meditation at 4:00-4:20 and 4:30 to 5:30 pm modified ashtanga.

World renowned yoga teacher and yoga therapist Doug Keller will be returning in April 26 and 27, 2019. Save the dates. It will be a Friday 1 pm start and end on Saturday 4 pm.

All classes are open to men and women and teens. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, refrain from eating 3 to 4 hours before class and drink plenty of water.
