Restorative Yoga class throughout the month of Nov. and December. Class is on Sunday from 4:00 pm to 5:15. This class is designed to release stress and help one focus on being in the present. (Where the miracles happen)
****Wednesday 6:30 class is an now an intermediate class designed for those who have finished the intro class and would like to continue their practice and build confidence in the poses. We will do the modified ashtanga practice with clear verbal cues as well as learn more poses and modifications from the ashtanga primary series. There will also be an opportunity to learn other poses outside of the ashtanga practice as class will be slightly different every week.
Tuesday: 4:30 to 5:30 pm modified ashtanga.Meditation before Tuesday class will start this Tuesday, Sept. 10. from 4:00 pm to 4:20

All classes are open to men and women and teens. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, refrain from eating 3 to 4 hours before class and drink plenty of water.
